About the Projects
Here are my projects. Hope you will enjoy my designs.
Pick and Place Machine
My team and I are tasked to create an educational use of the Pick-and-Place Machine as our second-year design project. The target audience for this product would be university departments seeking to provide in-house printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication and assembly services to their students.
Gearbox
This is a design project for my second-year engineering course. My team and I are tasked to design a Gearbox with a 3:1 gear ratio. We challenged ourselves by creating two offset bevel gears for the assembly. SInce we were told to contain the 3D print time under 6 hours for the whole assembly, we decided to remove materials on the outer shell that do not support the structure of the gearbox.
Four Cylinder Engine
This is a fun project I decided to work on during my reading week. As a member of UT Formula Racing, I always want to learn more about automobiles. There is nowhere better to start than the heart of the vehicle - the engine. The curiosity combined with the drive to practice SolidWorks results in this project.
